A practical protein protocol for semaglutide users

When appetite drops, protein has to become deliberate. Here is the simple version.

Start earlier in the day

Many GLP-1 users under-eat protein because they wait until hunger appears. On medication, that cue may be quiet or delayed.

A better approach is to front-load a meaningful protein serving earlier in the day, before appetite gets unpredictable.

Make the target boring

The most useful plan is the one you can repeat: a protein-forward breakfast or shake, a simple lunch anchor, and an evening meal that does not require heroic appetite.

Resistance training gives that protein somewhere to go. Even two or three focused sessions per week can change the quality of the outcome.

Support the routine

Creatine, HMB, leucine, EAAs, and recovery support are not replacements for food and training. They are tools that can make a disciplined routine easier to maintain.

That is the role of the LeanLoss stack: reduce friction around the parts of GLP-1 weight loss that people feel in real life.
